5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Returned products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after product verification.
