3. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We offer returns or exchanges only in case of a manufacturing defect. Please ensure you have an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it’s required for any claim. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging intact.
4. How long will delivery take?
All orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 4–7 days depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order.
