Order Cancellations
Orders placed on Saanjh by Abhisha are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after processing or dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately after placing it. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, no cancellation request can be accepted.
In cases where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions, primarily in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or exchange claims to ensure transparency and quality verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
In the event of product unavailability, damaged packaging upon arrival, or issues with order fulfillment from our side, a full or partial refund may be initiated as deemed appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including sale or discounted products, personalized jewellery, and items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition for any refund to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly for assistance.
